First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit Extended!
President Obama signed the new tax credit and expanded it to include long time home owners. There are limits based on income and the price of the home and it must be used as a primary residence. The maximum credit for first time buyers is still $8,000.00. For existing home owners the limit is $6,500.00. All indications suggest the credit will not be extended again.
