Before becoming a Realtor over fourteen years ago, I worked as a building contractor for 20 years. This experience gives me specific knowledge regarding the condition of homes that will help you avoid problems after the closing. Occasionally one of the toughest parts of a real estate transaction is dealing with the issues that come up during a home inspection. With my building experience, I can handle these problems properly and get the transaction closed. Both buyers and sellers need someone who will look out for their interests at this most important time.

I am glad to have this opportunity to tell you about Bill Ryan.
